- IT and platform service providers: Cloud hosting, security, and infrastructure partners that process data on jill4's behalf under binding confidentiality and data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention
jill4 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.
- Active account data is retained for the duration of your jill4 account and for a period of at least five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AML record-keeping obligations under Philippine law.
- KYC and identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLC requirements.
- Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
- Customer support communications are retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required by ongoing legal proceedings.
- Technical and analytical data is retained for up to two (2) years and then anonymised or deleted.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with jill4's data destruction procedures.
